Oven safe up to 550°F.
Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

Received in good order without defects or scratched, etc. Holding rack is good idea although the felt liners were loose so bunched up in a pile and not working as I assume they were intended to be used for. Otherwise good looking set. Not certain how I like the flat solid lids. Like the glass lids better so may look into procuring several.
