Our enamel coating protects the pan’s surface, eliminating the need for seasoning before or after use.
Preheat on medium to medium-high heat for up to five minutes to ensure even cooking and reduce sticking. Adjust temperatures lower as needed during the cooking process.
Add a light coating of oil or butter to the pan and heat until shimmering, but not smoking.
After cooking, let the pan cool completely, then hand wash with warm water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For deeper cleaning, refer to our simple 3-step cleaning guide.

Elegant and useful
I have used the smallest of the 3 cutting boards because it's handy for small dicing jobs , especially for herbs. After chopping parsley very fine, I was concerned that the green stains that were left would forever mar the lovely surface, but then it cleaned beautifully--after more than one gentle scrub--and now looks good as new. Happy to have jettisoned my plastic cutting boards, as I have more faith in Caraway to keep my food clear of micro plastics.
